Every verified human receives a base vote of 1.0 — inviolable and equal. Additional weight (up to 1.5 max) comes from demonstrated comprehension and proximity to the issue, ensuring informed participation without undermining equality.
Votes are submitted in two phases. First, you commit an encrypted hash of your vote. Once the commitment window closes, all votes are revealed simultaneously — preventing strategic voting and manipulation.
Cryptographic proofs verify your eligibility and vote weight without revealing your identity or choices. No one — not even system operators — can link a vote back to you.
Before tallying, votes pass through a mixnet — a network of servers that cryptographically shuffle them, severing any remaining link between voter and vote.
Decisions flow through four tiers — Local, Regional, National, and Global — ensuring that issues are decided at the most appropriate level by the people most affected.
